The descriptive texts on a cosmetic product may not always be true. The only datum that actually gives us certain information is the list of ingredients in INCI (International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients).

Herewith we give you a few guidelines to help you choose the most natural cosmetics on the market and the best ones for your health and the environment:

- The list of ingredients must include the exact description of the ingredients in descending order, that is, from highest to lowest amount in the first and last place respectively. - Only when natural substances appear at the top of the list of ingredients, some synthetic substances, such as preservatives, can be considered acceptable. - Avoid brands that do not invest in product quality. - Avoid products that promise "natural wonders" but, in the list of ingredients, they obviously contain natural ingredients just in the last positions. Be critical. Don’t take for sure all the information of a cosmetic product claiming an absolute presence of natural ingredients (100%).
