We love seeing how you enjoy Alqvimia products, which is why we may ask you to share these images on our website www.alqvimia.com. The photos are mainly published on the homepage as well as in the section of our website corresponding to the product to give our customers an idea of their real uses. Publication of photos in the Gallery
All photos published on social media with the hashtags ‘#FeelYourEssence’ or tagged with @alqvimia_official may be selected by Alqvimia to appear on our website www.alqvimia.com, in our newsletter, on our social media and in our social ads. Your profiles must be set to “public” so that we can see your photo. Otherwise, your photo will not be visible and cannot be selected.

Photo selection criteria and visual identity guidelines
ALQVIMIA will select photos that highlight the brand’s products and best fit the brand’s image and spirit. Photos must clearly show at least one Alqvimia product. Selection will be based on size, quality and aesthetics. Photos must under no circumstances be contrary to public order, morality or current legislation. We prohibit any publication of abusive photos that may be considered violent, dangerous, threatening, defamatory, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, profane or pornographic. Alqvimia assumes no obligation to use the photos, even if they meet all the conditions. If your photo is selected, you will receive a comment from @alqvimia_official. Reply with ‘#CommunityAlqvimia’ to grant your authorization and accept these Terms.

Transfer of photo rights
Participants certify that they hold copyright over the photo and permissions for image rights of any persons appearing. Publishing photos with minors implies prior consent from legal guardians. By uploading photos, you grant Alqvimia a free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify and reproduce them across all media.
