ORDER EXECUTION

The product must be returned without undue delay and within 14 calendar days from receipt. The product must be in perfect condition, unopened and unused. The product will be considered opened and/or used if the security sticker on the outer box is open or lifted.
The refund will be processed once the product arrives at our facilities, within 15 days. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the product.
Supplies of services or goods made according to consumer specifications, personalized products, or items that cannot be returned due to their nature, are exempt from withdrawal (Law 3/2014, Article 103).
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are received or proof of return is provided. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods and is only responsible for any decrease in value resulting from handling beyond that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
RETURN DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
ALQVMIA offers analysis of product condition, providing a quality guarantee and certificate of analysis upon client request. If the product is certified defective due to reasons not attributable to the client, it may be returned at no cost. This return is not considered a withdrawal.
EL TALLER DE ALQUIMIA SL will cover the return cost and replace the product in accordance with the original sale conditions. If the product is in good condition as certified, the client may request a return within 15 business days, bearing transport costs (collection and shipment), calculated by the carrier and communicated by EL TALLER DE ALQUIMIA SL.
If analysis certifies the product is damaged due to poor storage or misuse by the client, EL TALLER DE ALQUIMIA SL will reject the exchange and/or reimbursement.
