Cleanse
To start preparing your skin, take a shower with a natural shower gel, gently massage your skin and rinse with water.
For gentle intimate care you can use the Sensuality Intimate Gel.
Exfoliate
Apply the Naturally Pure Body Scrub in gentle circular motions over your body. Rinse with water.
We recommend using it once or twice a week, depending on your skin's needs.
Tone
Rub the skin with a body toner: Rosemary Alcohol or Queen of Hungary Water to promote complete absorption of the product.
Day or Night Treatment
Apply Sensuality Body Nectar with an upward massage in circular movements.
- Take advantage of its Neurocosmetic properties: Apply it on wrists, behind the ears and/or on the décolleté. Applying it on these points allows the aroma to reach us and we can enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy.
- Take advantage of its physical properties: Apply it below the navel and/or on the back, at the level of the kidneys. Apply it on these points to nourish yourself with all the benefits of Sensuality Body Nectar.
It can be applied sporadically on the face as a beauty flash.
Supplements
Daily dosage
Take 1 capsule a day with a meal, preferably at lunch, to support better absorption.
Duration of treatment
It is recommended to follow the treatment for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months consecutively. After this period, a 1-month break is required before restarting the treatment if necessary.
Do not exceed one year of treatment.
Precautions:
