How to use essential oils

  • Diffuser : A very common use of Essential Oils for its ease and versatility. Put between 5-12 drops in the flask diffuser, depending on the square meters of the room.
  • Inhalation: Place 1-3 drops on a tissue and inhale for a few minutes.
  • Body use: We recommend mixing a carrier Vegetable Oil, such as Almond or Hazelnut in a 97% ratio with a synergy of pure Essential Oils in a 3% ratio. And apply to the skin with a gentle massage.
  • Air freshener spray: Provides a unique aromatic sensation in your home by creating a natural fragrance based on essential oils. Apply 25 drops for every 250ml of water.

You can also enhance the benefits of Essential Oils in your daily routines

  • Facial Massage: We can enhance the effect of a facial massage using a carrier Vegetable Oil (99%) with 1% Essential Oil in this case, due to the sensitivity of the facial skin . This is equivalent to approximately 20 drops of Essential Oil for every 100ml of Vegetable Oil.
  • In the bathtub: By applying 10 to 15 drops of the Essential Oil of your choice, we can achieve a particularly relaxing and penetrating experience of its properties. It is recommended to previously dilute 10-15 drops of the Essential Oil with a small amount of animal or vegetable milk for optimal dissolution, because as they have a fatty phase, it helps prevent drops or accumulations of essential oils from forming in the water that could irritate the skin.
