HOW TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS

  • Essential oil diffuser: One of the most popular methods. Add between 5 and 12 drops to the diffuser, depending on the room size, to scent and create a relaxing atmosphere.
  • Natural facial massage: For the face, use a gentler dilution: 99% carrier oil + 1% essential oil (about 20 drops per 100 ml). Ideal for caring for sensitive skin and revitalising it.
  • Inhalation: Place 1 to 3 drops on a tissue and inhale for a few minutes. Ideal for quickly enjoying its aromatic benefits.
  • Relaxing bath: Add between 10 and 15 drops to the bath for a relaxing experience. It is recommended to dilute them beforehand in plant-based milk to avoid irritation and improve dispersion.
  • Body use: Mix 97% carrier vegetable oil (such as almond or hazelnut oil) with 3% essential oils. Apply with a gentle massage to benefit from their properties.
  • Room spray: Create your own homemade air freshener by mixing 25 drops of essential oil per 250 ml of water. Perfect for naturally scenting the home.
